Grab your flip-flops (or at least your best beach vibes) and join us for Brews on the Beach, the 2026 Microbrew Festival, happening Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 5:00–8:00 PM in Downtown Sumter.

This laid-back coastal-inspired evening brings together great craft brews, live music, and plenty of fun, all without leaving town. Sip and stroll as Downtown Sumter transforms into a beachy brew paradise, complete with live entertainment by Hank Martin and Anne Galloway of the Second Nature Band, serving up the perfect soundtrack for a spring night out.

Feeling the rhythm? Jump in on Shag dance lessons led by the Sumter Shag Club, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just want to try a few steps; it’s all about having fun.
