Microbrew Location Form

We are looking for TWELVE (12) participating locations to host 1 microbrews from Yahnis so ticket holders can taste them.

Each location will provide the following:

Host one microbrew selection provided by Yahnis
Welcome ticket holders as they visit locations throughout downtown
Provide a small food sample for participants
Set up a table area for serving
Provide at least 2 volunteers to assist with serving
Decorate to match the “Brews on the Beach” theme for added fun and engagement
Join us for the party in the plaza to see who won the costume contest.

Each participant will receive a free bag, and all merchants are welcome to add a promotional item to the bag (such as a pen, pencil, magnet etc.). You would need to supply 300 of the items for the bag.

We will provide 300 of the items for the bags.
