Burger Cookoff Application

You are invited to apply for a booth space for Savor Sumter Gourmet Burger Cookoff on September 12th, 2026

This is nonprofit event with proceeds benefiting Children's Cancer Partners of the Carolinas.
No food Vendors will be accepted for this event.
Space will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis before the deadline of September 1, 2026.
To ensure a diverse and balanced event, vendor categories are limited. Only a set number of vendors will be accepted per category on a first-come, first-served basis. The committee reserves the right to reassign categories if needed.
Set-up: 10:00am-11:45am
Break Down: 4:00pm-5:00pm
Vendors are expected to remain open until the official break down period.
Vendor Fees:
- Early Bird: $50 - Through August 15th
- Regular: $75
No fee for Nonprofits and non-sales community organizations.
Burger Team Information
- The Fee for Burger Teams is $250. We will provide all Meat, buns, paper products, aluminum trays, tableclothes and two tables.
- Teams must provide tent, unique ingredients, grill, fire extinquisher and utensils.
Fees Collected benefit Children's Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. In case of concellation, the fee collected will be considered a donation.
For sale profit Vendors MUST provide a SC Retail license number and City of Sumter Business License.
